Leucan
Issues
Leucan is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2008-2009. Although the organization enjoys a great credibility and extraordinary recognition in Quebec, it is clear that the Quebequers have a vague idea of the concrete work being done with children dealing with cancer and their families. The 30th anniversary was an opportunity to show the public the true mission of Leucan.
The ATYPIC touch
To meet the needs of Leucan, ATYPIC developed the signature "Count on me" that reflects the mission of comfort and support for children dealing with cancer.
"Count on me" is addressed to children as well as their families, and this message can be expressed by Leucan employees, volunteers, health professionals, parents, friends as well as all the people surrounding the kids. It reflects the commitment of every person who believes in the mission of Leucan. The "Count on me" campaign is presented in print advertisements, radio and display and will continue through the 30th anniversary of the organization.
Results
In addition to creating an immediate sense of belonging of its members, Leucan noticed a significant increase in the donations to the organization and the participation rate in its various financing activities.
