When you work with Atypic, you get a dedicated team that makes customer service a priority every step of the way.
Children who have cancer need a lot of love.
That’s why the Leucan team in Montréal and across Québec is constantly looking for ways to get more people to support the cause. Working in near-perfect symbiosis with Leucan, Atypic has been building and expanding the organization’s Web capabilities for 12 years.
Our team designs turnkey sites and offers ongoing consulting services focusing on creation and communication. We handle everything, from managing the main website to sending out e-mails and newsletters. Another one of our missions is to make peer-to-peer platforms like Leucan’s Shaved Head Challenge and 12-Hour Ski Challenge constantly more efficient and easier to use. These platforms are an invaluable source of revenue. Every year, our team makes sure they’re as ergonomic as possible and duplicates them for use in organizing regional events. We also develop social media strategies that attract greater visibility for the cause and participants’ contributions.
A new look, new features: in 2015, the Leucan Shaved Head Challenge site helped the organization beat past donation records. Thousands of people donated to the cause, and a new record of 75,000 shaved heads was set. The event benefited from the addition of a “Challenges” section that people could support on social media. The 12-Hour Ski Challenge, which also generated solid fundraising results, spun off a few new challenges of its own, the Winter Challenge and Run for Leucan. Partnering with Atypic generates results!
Leucan promotes the recovery and well-being of cancer-stricken children and supports their families by providing distinctive and tailored services and assistance through every stage of cancer and its side-effects. In addition to assisting Leucan with its Web development, Atypic designed a program to welcome new donors and provides strategic consulting and communication training.
